Julie finally gets to apologize, and it seems as though Alison is willing to accept. Still, how will things go with Alexis? Will Julie be consumed by her childhood dreams? Will their relationship crash and burn? Or will Julie be able to overcome her "one selfish desire"?

@Guest: No one disagrees with that sentiment. The question comes in what happens afterwards. No one deserves eternal punishment for temporary mistakes.

Likewise, no one deserves unconditional forgiveness just because they apologize. "I'm sorry" are just words that anyone can learn to say. A true apology happens when someone shows that they know what they did wrong, and why it was a wrong thing to do, and that they will take action to try to not do it again in the future. Alison does seem a little quick to the draw when it comes to forgiveness... but she wisely included a condition: that Julie accepts Alexis for who she is, and that she does not let the past influence her future. If Julie fails to do this, her apology - and, by extension, Allison's forgiveness - is forfeit.
