An explanation of what the Unchained ruleset is. That said, we get to see a newly updated version of the Wizards cards! This one is Tiamat, the Dragon Mother. Interesting fact: Tiamat from Versumi is not like the Tiamat most know from D&D. In Versumi, the dragons were originally only the five metallic dragon tribes, with Tiamat being the mother. She was the only dragon that could bear eggs. Because of this, Tiamat herself was a metallic dragon as well. When the corruption of the dragons happened, several tribes, including Tiamat, lost their luster and their scales became sharp and chromatic until they had become the chromatic dragons. This version of Tiamat is the uncorrupted Tiamat.

So the card game equivalent of a fight between overpowered superheros (and supervillains), whereby such is the nature of the combat that if it were happening in reality, the nearest safe vantage point could be up to several miles away?

@mittfh: I mean, that's kinda true of all trading card games these days... In Yu-Gi-Oh!, for example, there is an archetype of cards called "Kaiju" which are basically adaptions of the monsters from the Godzilla franchise, and they're not even on the banned list, so imagine :P

@mittfh: haha, yeah. Unchained rules get really insane, tbh. If an Unchained fight were real, the whole world would probably explode, but such is the nature of Unchained. Still, if we're talking the regular card game, then yeah. There's still a lot of overpowered monsters. Tiamat there is from the God Wars set... which is pretty much a set involving all of the major deities of the Aleithia Universe as cards.
