Lukcilly both Trevor and Julie are very open and accepting :D

And mutual geekness to take off the edge ;)

The line that Trevor is quoting there is from a show called Babylon 5. It's said by a character named "Zatharas". I changed it to "Zanras" to avoid copyright and such. It's a great show, and I'd recommend looking into it if you haven't seen it before and enjoy futuristic sci-fi shows.

Comic Rocket

@rensje : Comic Rocket isn't receiving updates of this comic. Please see about fixing it.

I love your comic! I'm transgender and have Aspergers Syndrome just like Alexis. I'm really happy I found this.

EmilyAnnCoons, June 6th, 2015, 6:13 am

@Laurie_A: Never even heard of Comic Rocket... it looks like it's just a comic search engine? I don't really know... Neither Rensje or I can seem to figure out the website ^^" I'm a little unsure about a website that puts our comic up on it without even asking permission... But if it's a search engine, I suppose that makes sense? I dunno...

@EmilyAnnCoons: Comic Rocket is a beng-reading site. It lets you keep a list of your favoite webcomics and read them through Comic Rocket.

How it works: Comic Rocket uses bookmarks to keep track of your place in the comic. In your free account you have 2 list. One list shows comics that you have unread entries for. The other list is your caught-up list. When Comic Rocket sees a new entries for comics you read, it will move the comic to your unread list

@Laurie_A: hmm... so how did our comic get on the website to begin with? I don't even have an account there, and Rensje just made one so we could claim ownership on the comic...

Laurie_A, June 6th, 2015, 5:06 pm

@EmilyAnnCoons: Someone must have entered it. That's where I found this comic.

EmilyAnnCoons, June 6th, 2015, 6:12 pm

@Laurie_A: Huh... well, Rensje's working on it ^^ So it'll probably be working again within a week or so? I dunno XD I can recommend using the RSS feed here on Smackjeeves, though. Or, if you want to help support the comic a bit more, you can check the comic on Tapastic. We actually get paid for people to read it on there (just make sure your ad blocker is off).

@EmilyAnnCoons: I fixed the Comic Rocket entry for this comic! The problem was that Comic Rocket was looking at comic page 1-1 and 1-2 and not actual page 1 and actual page 2 of the arcive.

To get to the edit area on Comic Rocket: Log into Comic Rocket > find the entry for this comic in Comic Rocket > click on info button > click on edit button.
You will be able to edit all the info edit pages. The navigation buttons are in the box on the left side of the page.

@EmilyAnnCoons:I don't like Tapastic as it has no system for bookmarking your place in the comic itself. Also the RSS feed is of no use to me as I read the comic on my smart tv's browser, PS3 browser, and PSP browser. I have no access to a computer.

I like your style, but I think you should avoid long, preachy monologues, where Alexis goes on and on about how she feels. A straight message feels more natural.

Oh, and don't make the guy look like all-accepting, no questions asked. Make him ask even goofy ones, but not to the point of making him look like a dick. Rain does it pretty well.

EmilyAnnCoons, June 16th, 2015, 1:34 pm

@Random Guest: It's sometimes difficult to avoid monologues, though. Plus, I'm not a very good writer, so I tend to screw up in a lot of spots.
